"Viewfinder" aims to develop and implement a film thematically on your topics, and to integrate the process on the training level through building blocks such as communication, service, conflict, personal development and sales. Teams do not form automatically, they evolve. The individual participants are required to consider and develop the responsibilities of a goal-oriented work agreement and the phases of team development. Formal roles as director, camerawoman / cinematographer, lighting technician, sound engineer, prop master or actor will be given. The coordination of the project requires a lot of group dynamics, which also consists of the informal level and the goal orientation of the team. A team can only be successful if everyone knows what the goal is. A clear goal definition is at the heart of every teamwork. It is important to divide the big goal into intermediate goals and to set a concrete timetable for it. A realistic goal and schedule is the basis for motivation within the team.
